‘Bicolour’ is a compact, mat- or mound-forming, evergreen to semi-evergreen perennial with small, ovate to oblong, hairy, sometimes toothed, mid- to grey-green leaves and short racemes of four-petalled, violet-blue and white flowers from mid-spring to early summer.
