Evening Primrose – Kew Pollination Collection

5.50

Best known as Evening Primrose, this biennial wildflower is a magnet for pollinating insects. With an upright, bushy habit, it produces fragrant, bright yellow, cup-shaped blooms from slender pointed buds in summer. Once established it will self-seed to create sprawling colonies of plants, making a fabulous addition to wildlife areas and wildflower planting schemes, where it creates a naturalistic effect. A superb choice for sunny spots on light, sandy soils. Height: 150cm (59″). Spread: 60cm (24″).
