‘Elstar’ _ ‘Elstar’ is an apple tree with pale-pink flowers in spring, followed by flavourful fruit from late autumn. This apple cultivar ‘Elstar’ is the result of a cross between ‘Golden Delicious’ and ‘Ingrid Marie’.
